Referral Program Terms

The Auto Lending Canada Referral Program (the "Program") is offered by Auto Lending Canada Ltd., doing business as Auto Lending Canada ("Auto Lending Canada," "we," "us," or "our"), as a benefit of the Auto Lending Canada Advantage program. By making a referral or accepting a referral reward, you agree to these Referral Program Terms (these "Referral Terms"). These Referral Terms are incorporated into and form part of our Terms of Use, available at autolendingcanada.ca/terms-of-use.

1. Who Can Participate

You may participate as a referrer if you are at least nineteen (19) years old and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, reside in Canada, and have submitted an application through Auto Lending Canada. Employees and contractors of Auto Lending Canada and its affiliated companies, and members of their households, are not eligible to receive referral rewards.

2. How to Make a Referral

You may refer a person in any of the following ways:

• by submitting their name and contact information through the referral form on our website;
• by having them mention your name and phone number or email address when they submit their own application at autolendingcanada.ca; or
• by sharing a personal referral link, where one has been provided to you.

Referrals must be identified at or before the time of the referred person's application; a referral cannot be added to an application after it has been submitted. Each referred person may be credited to one referrer only. Where more than one referrer is identified, the referrer identified first in time is credited.

3. Your Promises When You Refer Someone

When you submit another person's name and contact information through our referral form, you confirm that: (a) you know that person personally and have a personal, family, or business relationship with them; (b) you have that person's permission to share their contact information with us for the purpose of the Program; and (c) the information you provide is accurate. We rely on these confirmations.

4. What Happens When You Refer Someone

When you refer a person through the referral form, we will send that person a single invitation message, by text message or email, that identifies you as the person who referred them, identifies Auto Lending Canada, and invites them to apply. We will not send further messages, and will not call them, unless they respond or submit an application. If the person does not submit an application within ninety (90) days, we delete the information you provided about them. 5. The Reward

You will receive one hundred Canadian dollars ($100 CAD) for each qualified referral. A referral is qualified when the referred person's vehicle purchase is funded and delivered through Auto Lending Canada's partner network and the transaction is not cancelled, returned, or unwound. Rewards are paid by Interac e-Transfer to the email address on your file within thirty (30) days after delivery. There is no limit on the number of people you may refer.

6. What Does Not Qualify

• Referring yourself, including under a different name or different contact information.
• Referring a person in your household whose application would duplicate an existing file.
• Referring a person who has already submitted an application with Auto Lending Canada within the previous ninety (90) days.
• Referrals where the referred person's transaction does not result in a funded and delivered vehicle purchase.
• Referrals made in violation of Section 3 or Section 7.

7. How You May Share the Program

Referrals must be shared personally, with people you actually know. You may not: send bulk, automated, or unsolicited messages promoting the Program; purchase advertising that promotes Auto Lending Canada or the Program; use our name, logo, or trademarks in your own promotions; or present yourself in any way that suggests you represent Auto Lending Canada. You are not an agent, employee, broker, or representative of Auto Lending Canada, and you may not negotiate, advise on, or arrange vehicle sales or financing on our behalf.

8. General

Referral rewards are taxable income, and reporting them is your responsibility. Participation in the Program does not guarantee that any referred person will be contacted, approved, or funded. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time by posting updated Referral Terms on our website; referrals that qualified before the change will still be paid. We may withhold or reverse rewards where we reasonably believe these Referral Terms have been violated or a referral is fraudulent. Our determination as to whether a referral is qualified is final. These Referral Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
